When I sell homes I market to two distinct groups:


Group 1 = Public            Group 2 = Real Estate Agents




Both are extremely important as most transactions happen through the cooperation of two different agents.

Also, as I market to the public, a lot of those buyers are already working with an agent and will contact them to view the home.
The fact is that 90% of all buyers start their search on the internet so all marketing has to have a heavy internet presence.

Marketing to real estate agents is a relationship based marketing. Since 1985, I have spent much time cooperating with a majority of the real estate community and so have developed the skills necessary to be able to instantly connect with and draw the cooperation of fellow agents. These are some of my most prized relationships and I am constantly enhancing them. Agents know that I am fair and that I bring high quality properties and professionalism to the marketplace.
